NEW SectorSift Voice · Inbound & outbound AI calling

Every call answered.
Every lead called back.

A natural-sounding AI voice agent that answers your line, calls the people who asked to hear from you, and follows a decision tree you design. Then it takes the next step for you.

5 languages Opt-in before every outbound call Explainable decisions

Example calls. Inbound: a customer reports a damaged order, the agent classifies the reply as negative with a refund request, creates a high-priority refund task, notifies the care team and sends a WhatsApp confirmation. Outbound: a prospect accepts a WhatsApp invitation, taps Call me now, answers discovery questions, and the agent saves the qualification, drafts a follow-up email and notifies sales.

One agent, both directions

Answer the calls coming in. Make the calls that matter.

The same agent, brief and decision tree work on your inbound line and in your outbound campaigns. Customers get one consistent, on-brand voice, and your team gets one place to see every outcome.

Inbound: never miss a call

Customers call your number and reach an agent that listens, understands and acts, at 2 p.m. or 2 a.m.

  1. Picks up instantlyNo queue or hold music. The agent introduces itself as an AI assistant.
  2. Understands what they needEach answer is classified for sentiment and intent: a problem, a refund, a request for a manager.
  3. Follows your branchYour decision tree decides what to ask next, so the same situation always gets the same quality of answer.
  4. Hands off with contextTasks, team alerts, tags and webhooks fire with the transcript attached, and the caller gets a WhatsApp confirmation.

Outbound: calls people want to take

Reach leads and customers with a WhatsApp invitation first. The phone only rings once they say yes.

  1. Pick your audienceSelect SectorSift leads or customers. Duplicates and suppressed or busy numbers are checked before launch.
  2. Invite on WhatsAppApproved templates in five languages, with Tell me more, Call me now, Later and No thanks.
  3. Call when it suits them“Call me now” dials straight away. “Ring me at 3” is understood and scheduled. Missed calls get a friendly follow-up.
  4. Capture the outcomeQualification, transcript, follow-up email and internal report go back to the lead record.
Visual decision tree

Conversational AI, with guardrails you can see.

Design the conversation as a tree of questions, conditions, actions and endings. The agent talks naturally, but every routing decision follows your rules, and each one comes with an explanation.

Five building blocks

Start, Question, Condition, Action and End nodes. Questions can be free-form, yes/no, a 1–5 rating or multiple choice.

StartQuestionConditionActionEnd

Route by meaning, not keywords

Branch on sentiment, detected intent, yes/no answers, ratings or choices, with an “otherwise” fallback for anything unexpected.

Not good, to be honest. The product arrived damaged and nobody answered my emails.
Negative92%
Negative → What went wrong?
Clear dissatisfaction; reports a problem with delivery and support.

Actions that do the follow-up

Send a WhatsApp message, notify a team, create a follow-up task, call a webhook or tag the contact. Actions marked External run live only once you authorise them.

AI campaign assistant

Describe what you want. The assistant builds the campaign.

No scripts to write or flowcharts to start from scratch. Chat with the assistant about your business, audience and goal, and it turns the conversation into a structured brief, agent instructions and a decision tree you can refine.

01Customer supportInbound

The damaged-order line that never puts anyone on hold

E-commerce & retail

Today

Delivery complaints spike after every promotion. Callers wait, repeat their order number to three people and often give up and post a review instead.

With SectorSift Voice
  1. 1Customer dials the support number. The agent introduces itself as an AI assistant.
  2. 2It asks what happened and classifies the reply. Here, the reply is Negative and the intent is “Requests a refund”.
  3. 3The refund branch confirms the order and preferred resolution, then reads back the next step.
Actions triggered
Create task · Refund review · High · 24 hNotify team · care@WhatsApp · case confirmationTag · Refund requested

Every complaint is captured in full, routed with context and acknowledged in writing before the caller hangs up. People only handle the decision, not the intake.

Measure: Abandoned calls, time to acknowledgement, refund cases with complete details
02Customer supportInbound

Tier-1 triage that writes the ticket for you

SaaS & software

Today

Engineers lose hours to vague “it doesn’t work” calls. Urgent outages sit in the same queue as password questions.

With SectorSift Voice
  1. 1The agent asks what the caller is trying to do and what they see instead.
  2. 2“Reports a problem” leads to structured follow-up questions: product area, affected users, since when.
  3. 3If the caller asks for a manager, the call is escalated immediately and doesn’t loop.
Actions triggered
Webhook · open helpdesk ticketTag · SeverityNotify team · on-callCreate task · Callback

Tickets arrive already triaged, with the caller’s own words and the reason each branch was taken. Escalations reach a human at once.

Measure: Ticket completeness, time to first human touch on escalations
03Customer supportInbound

A 24/7 maintenance desk for every building

Property management

Today

Out-of-hours tenant calls go to voicemail. A leaking pipe at 2 a.m. and a squeaky door get the same “we’ll call you back”.

With SectorSift Voice
  1. 1Tenant calls any time, in English, Dutch, French, Spanish or German.
  2. 2Multiple-choice and yes/no questions establish the issue type, unit and whether there’s risk of damage.
  3. 3A rating question captures urgency. Conditions route emergencies away from routine repairs.
Actions triggered
Webhook · maintenance systemNotify team · on-call contractorWhatsApp · tenant confirmationTag · Emergency / Routine

Emergencies reach the right contractor in minutes. Routine jobs land in the morning queue fully specified. Tenants always get confirmation.

Measure: Out-of-hours capture rate, emergency response time

Turning post-stay calls into reviews and saves

Hotels & hospitality

Today

Happy guests rarely leave reviews and unhappy ones go straight to public platforms. Front-desk staff have no time to call anyone after checkout.

With SectorSift Voice
  1. 1The day after checkout, a WhatsApp invitation asks if the guest has two minutes to talk. Calls happen only after they say yes.
  2. 2The agent asks about the stay and classifies sentiment against a confidence threshold.
  3. 3Positive guests are thanked. Negative guests are asked what went wrong and whether a manager may contact them.
Actions triggered
WhatsApp · review link (positive)Create task · Manager callback (negative)Notify team · GMTag · Satisfied / Complaint

Delighted guests get a review link while the memory is fresh. Disappointed guests reach a manager before they reach a review site.

Measure: Review volume, complaints recovered privately, response time to negatives
05Customer serviceOutbound

Post-visit check-ins that reach every patient

Clinics & practices

Today

Reception can only call a handful of patients after treatment. The ones who needed a follow-up most are often the ones nobody reached.

With SectorSift Voice
  1. 1After an appointment, patients are invited by WhatsApp to a short check-in call.
  2. 2The agent asks about satisfaction and whether they would like to book a follow-up.
  3. 3Unclear or concerning answers end politely and are handed to staff. The agent never improvises outside its brief.
Actions triggered
Create task · Reception callbackTag · Rebook / SatisfiedWhatsApp · booking linkNotify team · practice manager

Every patient gets the same attentive check-in. Staff time goes to the patients who flagged something, not to dialling.

Measure: Check-in coverage, follow-up bookings, flagged cases handled within a day
06Customer serviceOutbound

Service-visit follow-up that books the next visit

Automotive dealerships

Today

Post-service surveys get low response rates and arrive weeks late. Next-service reminders are generic and easy to ignore.

With SectorSift Voice
  1. 1A day after collection, the customer is asked by WhatsApp whether they can take a quick call, or when suits them. “Ring me at 3” works.
  2. 2The agent rates the service from 1 to 5, and rating conditions branch the conversation.
  3. 3High scores move into booking the next service. Low scores collect the issue for the service manager.
Actions triggered
Webhook · DMS bookingCreate task · Service managerTag · Promoter / DetractorWhatsApp · confirmation

Satisfaction data arrives the next day, not next month. Each conversation ends with the next service booked or an issue owned.

Measure: Rebooking rate, detractor recovery, survey completion
07Customer serviceOutbound

Win-back calls that find out why customers left

Subscriptions & memberships

Today

Cancellations disappear into a dropdown reason. Retention offers go to everyone, or no one.

With SectorSift Voice
  1. 1Recently lapsed members are invited by WhatsApp to a short call about their experience. “No thanks” and STOP are respected permanently.
  2. 2The agent asks why they left and classifies intent: price, product gap, a problem or a life change.
  3. 3Branches present only the offer that matches the reason. Requests for no further contact end the call and suppress the number.
Actions triggered
Tag · Churn reasonCreate task · Account managerWebhook · CRM updateWhatsApp · tailored offer

Churn reasons become structured data. Offers match the actual objection. Opt-outs are honoured automatically.

Measure: Reactivations, churn-reason coverage, opt-out compliance

From a SectorSift lead list to a qualified discovery call

B2B services & consultancies

Today

SDRs spend days cold-calling lists with low pick-up rates and inconsistent notes. Good leads go cold between the first touch and the follow-up.

With SectorSift Voice
  1. 1Choose SectorSift leads with an unlocked phone number. Duplicates, suppressed and busy numbers are flagged before launch.
  2. 2Each lead gets a WhatsApp introduction with “Tell me more / No thanks”. A short pitch follows, then a fresh “Call me now” or a scheduled time.
  3. 3The agent runs a structured discovery interview and saves the qualification to the lead.
Actions triggered
Save qualification to leadEmail · follow-up draft to the prospectNotify team · internal reportTag · Qualified / Nurture

Each prospect says yes before the phone rings, every discovery call follows the same playbook, and sales starts from a transcript, not a blank CRM field.

Measure: Invitation → call conversion, qualified leads per week, time to first conversation
09AcquisitionInbound + Outbound

Speed-to-lead while the enquiry is still warm

Home services, solar & insurance

Today

Web enquiries sit in an inbox until a salesperson is free. By then, the prospect has booked with whoever called first.

With SectorSift Voice
  1. 1A new web enquiry triggers a WhatsApp message offering a call now or later.
  2. 2“Call me now” dials immediately. A later time is understood from plain language and scheduled.
  3. 3Missed calls trigger a “sorry we missed you” message. Prospects can also call the number back and reach the same agent.
Actions triggered
Webhook · CRM opportunityCreate task · Site surveyTag · Budget / TimelineNotify team · sales

Every enquiry gets a response in minutes, around the clock. Sales gets qualified, scheduled surveys instead of a list of names to chase.

Measure: Time to first contact, enquiry → survey rate, missed-call recovery

Filling the room and the pipeline

Events & recruitment

Today

Event invitations and candidate outreach rely on emails that go unread. Coordinators can’t personally call hundreds of people.

With SectorSift Voice
  1. 1Ready-made WhatsApp templates for events and recruitment, in five languages, open the conversation.
  2. 2Interested contacts take a short call that answers their questions and checks fit or availability.
  3. 3“Requests further information” sends details. “Declines participation” closes gracefully and is recorded.
Actions triggered
WhatsApp · registration / application linkTag · Attending / ShortlistedCreate task · Coordinator follow-upWebhook · ATS or event platform

Personal, two-way invitations at the scale of an email blast. Coordinators spend their time on the people who said yes.

Measure: Registrations or screened candidates per campaign, no-show rate

These are illustrative scenarios, not customer results. Outcomes depend on your audience, scripts and follow-up.

Built responsibly

Safeguards by default.

Voice AI only works if people trust it. SectorSift Voice is designed around consent, control and transparency.

Permission before the phone rings

Outbound calls follow a WhatsApp invitation and a fresh yes. Failed messages never fall back to an unannounced call.

Honest about being AI

The agent introduces itself as an AI assistant and represents your business by name.

Opt-outs that stick

STOP and “no further contact” are honoured permanently. Suppressed and busy numbers are checked again before every dial.

Paced, never blasted

Batches are paced per account and pause while calls are active. You can pause, resume or cancel unsent contacts at any time.

You authorise every external action

WhatsApp messages, team alerts and webhooks run live only once authorised. Rehearsals can simulate everything.

A full record

Transcripts, classifications, confidence scores and the reason for each branch are stored with every outcome.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does it sound like a robot?

No. The agent uses a natural, low-latency voice and handles interruptions. If the caller starts speaking, the agent stops and listens. You choose its name, voice and language.

Can it handle inbound and outbound calls at the same time?

Yes. The same agent answers calls to your number and runs outbound campaigns. People who receive a WhatsApp invitation can also call the number back and reach the same agent.

What happens when the AI isn’t sure?

Every classification has a confidence score. Below your threshold, the tree follows your “unclear” or “otherwise” branch, for example ending politely and creating a task for a human. Requests for a manager can escalate straight away.

Which languages are supported?

English, Dutch, French, Spanish and German, for both the voice agent and the WhatsApp templates.

How does it connect to my systems?

Built-in actions create tasks, tag contacts, notify teams by email and send WhatsApp messages. A webhook action sends the outcome to any HTTPS endpoint, such as your CRM, helpdesk or booking system.

Can I use my SectorSift leads?

Yes. Outbound campaigns can select existing SectorSift contacts with an unlocked phone number. Contact details always come from your account and are checked again before every dial.

Is it available now?

SectorSift Voice is in early access. Request access and we’ll set up your first campaign with you.
